These guys make a terrible trailer furnace, but they're one of the only brands available. Terrible warranty, constant callbacks.
The reps I deal with say the furnaces don't have to be derated for high altitude but when you open the furnace there's a sticker that says the information for high altitude and low altitude. Absolute junk furnaces.

Tech support on furnace
Tech support got be right through it. Changed flue, and good to go. It took me a bit to understand what he was suggesting but ultimately he called the problem.

Stay faaaaar away from intertherm products. They're Callbacks waiting to happen and intertherm makes it a hassle to claim anything.Ive been installing furnaces for 20 years and they're the worst

I have a 3 ton unit bought 3 years ago came with solitaire manufactured home. 1st year had to have it worked on 2nd year blower motor and board bad worked on again same year this year same thing middle of summer 109 outside motor and board bad.
These are the worst units I have ever seen. 1000 dollars to fix it next year it'll be the same thing 1000 dollars. What about poor elderly people on fixed income they can't afford that *** even young people can't afford it. Guy who installs them says they have to work on every one they install.
Same problem motor and board.
I guess this company doesn't care about people or they would build a better products. It's all about the money *** on the poor man.

Ac is not working
Haven't had any response no calls back at all . My warranty will void if I have someone look at it but what else can I do

Furnace doesn't work
After trying to troubleshoot my furnace that won't work, I contacted an HVAC expert, and then another. Finally, I tried to contact the company directly, and was told that even though I am the owner of the unit, since I am not an HVAC tech they refused to answer my question.

On Dec 2021 we purchased a new furnace.
5 times this furnace quit due to ignition parts. Igniter's burn out after 3 months.
4 times covered under the warranty.
5 time we paid $360.00.
Times 4 would be 1400.00 a year approx. Buyer Beware, these are Mobile Homes only. Contacted this company, no refunds etc. Called Consumer affairs legal matter.
BBB nothing happened.
Newspaper nothing. So What Else except this and Social Media Facebook-Twitter.
User's recommendation: Stay away bad product consumer beware.

We have had the same problem on our 2021 solitaire home. Replaced blower motor a year and 3 months after purchase.
Had to pay $900.to replace.
It’s know year and half later and motors are on back order.we live in Texas with 100 degree heat everyday. AC repairmen said several have been waiting for blower motors for 4 months.
