BEWARE!

BEWARE OF THEIR "WARRANTY!" According to the warranty provided, completion date 8/10/2012, they only guarantee their work for two years. Total Invoice was $6,285.49, part of which insurance covered. On December 28, 2015 during heavy rain, water was pouring out of our ceiling fan into the newly remodeled bathroom. After at least four calls to them, Interstate informed me that our job was out of warranty, and that all they could do was have one of their subs call. The sub never called! I called again, this time reaching the Denver office, through what appeared to be the St. Louis local number. I was again told they could do nothing to help because their TWO YEAR warranty had expired.

We had foolishly made the mistake of being charmed by the salesman (no longer with the company), and signing a contract without getting warranty information. I suggest that anyone who contemplates using this company be careful to check the fine print before signing any contract.

Interstate roofing replaced my roof several years ago. Due to new damage have now found that they never installed some components on the roof. Insurance Adjuster and a roofing company both confirmed items missing. Now insurance company wont give me the money for those items to repair them told me to go to old roofing company.

Interstate pretended they would do everything to resolve but wanted me to pay them to replace roof again. Since i haven't found the older paperwork they said i don't have a leg to stand on. So basically they have stolen my money and now i have to take them to court.

Do not use this company bunch of thieves.

Interstate Roofing - Unprofessional Repair Crew Review from Grand Prairie, Texas

I have had several people join my efforts after having seen that I am not intimidated by death and physical threats of violence. I have filed suit for civil theft and treble damages.

All these people that Riopelle and Brett Wilson have ripped off should grow a pair and fight back. This thug needs to go back to prison.

Broke. Along with his skanky wife and side action *** Melanie Altimirano.

Due to a miscommunication and misunderstandings between offices, a dispute arose between the parties. After engaging in significant communications regarding the dispute, the parties were able to resolve the misunderstanding. Interstate Roofing, Scott Riopelle and their employees are fair and reputable, and have a long history of being a proven and reliable company.

I withdraw my complaint against Interstate Roofing and Scott Riopelle.
