Horible !! Don;t waste your time !

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

If you r reading this than I can tell you first hand !! RUN RUN RUN AWAY !!!

This Company is SCAMMING people Everyday….. Also they have chosen to act Illegally by hiring unlicenced Branch managers, also actinguntouchables replying to emails asking for help with the response of, "ok". All have failed to help or even discuss refinancing. Quite the latter, their "Customer resolution department” has been psycho dialing me with auto dialers and staff who have been even more arrogant in their responses and even more rude.

It is apparent that Interstate Home Loans is the most unprofessional group from end to end. With no end in sight and to have been completely misled has force me to begin search for a resolution. All have refused to help from top management down and all have been the most unprofessional group to deal with. If you are even thinking about getting a mortgage through Interstate Home Loans…RUN…..RUN at top speed as far away as you can.

They are going to stretch you out to the point you have sold your current home, are in a legally binding agreement with a new home and just days before you close tell you that a FHA is the only way to go. This maximizes their profits and leave you with few to no options of refinancing or even having an option to go with the HAMP program to lower your payments.

Interstate Homes Loans is truly the next mortgage company driving our great nation into the next recession and financial crisis. They have truly found the loopholes possible to get away with even worse mortgage games than the previous 2009-**** crisis and those mentioned in this report are some of the most crooked drivers of all.

VA Mortgage Application

About the second week in March your loan officer by the name of Gregory Calabria came to our home to fill out the necessary documentation applying for a VA mortgage. The paper work was submitted to the VA and I was informed by the VA it was approved and passed forward to Interstate Loan on May 8, 2017 for further processing.

Now it's my understanding it will take another 10 days before a closing date can be established. This additional delay is absolutely uncalled for and unacceptable.

We are extremely disappointed in the untimely manner which Interstate Loan has forced upon us. We live in an assisted living facility called Winsor Woods and pay $1,126.25 weekly and we need this closing to take place ASAP in order for us to move to our new home.

A typical closing is 30 to 45 days. I believe your Loan Officer should have advised of the closing time up front.

That is not uncommon for a VA loan to take that long.

Interstate Home Loan Center - Mortgage Application Review from Brewster, New York

I received an unsolicited call from (845) 637-****. They told me that I had submitted an application online to refinance my mortgage.

I told them that I did not. My husband was in the background asking me questions and the woman told me to tell the man in the background to shut up. She said that she was from Interstate Home Loan Center. I'm not sure whether this was some type of scam or what but I can say that the woman was very unprofessional and I got very upset when she told me to tell my husband to shut up.

I told her to go F herself and then my husband got on the phone and told her not to call back again.

I am so pissed off right now. Who do these people think they are?

I have closed a loan with them back in May of 2014 and not only did they offer me a better rate than everyone else, but they were very attentive

and went above and beyond each time we had questions or needed help with paperwork. I would question the authenticity of that woman that called and said she was from that company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INTERSTATEHOMELOANS.COM

I contacted this company with the gaol of refinancing my current mortgage. After going through all of my information, I was asked how much my current balance was.

Since it was under 200k, I was then told "our system is currently down." The Rep then asked for my social security number and said they would call me back when the system was up again. I refused to give the SS# and offered to give other documentation of my credit instead. The rep took my info and said they would get me a good faith estimate as soon as the system was up and running again. It has been over a week since my initial contact and every time I contact the Rep, I get the same response.

"Our system is still down." This company and its employees do not want to assist in refinances lower than 200K because they feel they do not make enough money off the deal. Instead of telling you this, they keep giving you the runaround and put you off. I will not be unsing this company because of their unethical approach to customer service. All this company cares about is how much money they can get from the customer.

If the loan is "too small" in their opnion, you just get ignored.

Think twice before doing any business with this company. This companies only goal is to see how much money they can squeeze out of every customer.

You should talk to a manager... it could be just a bad loan agent.

Or an agent who dropped the ball.

We all make errors from time to time. Don't let you imagination run too far.

Be upfront... talk to the branch manger, then decide if your claim is valid.

Every educated person realizes that a bad comment is a horrible thing to receive! It is even troubling when anyone can just make stories up and have the ability to post them on the Internet with out laws to protect all of us for these malice comments!

Imagine if working extremely hard and ethical and having someone to have the ability to make up a story because they were either fired for not doing there job properly! Or maybe these people just are jealous that people succeed at a company when they couldn't!

I hope this causes everyone to realize that anything that is written without someone signing there real and full name are obviously slander!!!! :?

Sir. Your complaint makes no sense at all. A 200,000 loan is not a small loan and I can't imagine any lender unwilling to make a loan in that amount

Interstate Home Loan Center has unlicenced people quoting loans for them when they have no business making those quotes. I know quite a few who still work there that are doing it with no license.

It could be a case that that particular individual wasn't licensed in the state were the person was calling from.

Currently an individual must be licensed in the state you do business in and also be registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System.

The same holds true for the company.

They must be licensed in that particular state. So if a company is not licensed in Pennsylvania they or their Loan Originators can't do business in Pennsylvania.

Banks, or National Associations, have different regulations.
