Offending email by the owner
I received 2 auto generated emails from the business after not completing my order due to the extremely high shipping costs.
I responded requesting if the shipping costs were cut in half I'd make the purchase.
I received 2 derogatory emails from the company by the owner in response.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
