It make no difference to customer who place orders, pay for the goods, then get completely ignored. Look at other reviews from bilked customers.

No one answered talked to someone weeks ago about my purchase I made on March 2nd at they were out of stock, so I ordered a different *** that day I spoke to them and still haven't received after I was told it was in stock it is now April 6 and haven't received anything for them, so I cancelled my order see how that goes

Still No Package (3 weeks)
- - Not received $24 in merchandise after a month and no responses to calls or emails.
- - Want the paid items shipped or a refund; no tracking offered.
It's almost been a month and I still haven't got $24 worth of merchandise. I still have not heard from anybody at the interpunk office even after two phone calls and three emails no reply from anyone who can help me.
All I want is the stuff that I paid for is that so bad or difficult. I guess the first three times I ordered from you guys I got lucky with no problems receiving my order. So 25% of the time you guys are terrible. Interpunk also will not help me even track the package.
By the way why don't you offer a tracking number when somebody makes a purchase?? Send me the stuff I paid for or give me a refund.
