Wrongful account suspension
I recently attempted to verify my identity to purchase a ticket for an upcoming event. However, I received a message stating that my account has been permanently suspended due to 'unfair use.' I can confirm that I have not engaged in any abnormal activity or used illegal methods.
I am an international fan currently preparing for travel to Korea and was simply trying to verify my ID for a purchase. I've already sent multiple emails and haven't received a single reply. I'll be traveling to Korea soon and was simply trying to buy a ticket for a fan concert.
And from what I can tell in the comments, I am not the only one with this issue... it seems like they don't even have customer service.
