II signed a listing agreement to sell my home which is a luxury estate with Intero Real Estate Service which Liz Fry is the broker for in Vacaville, CA.

Our agreement including the following see below:

We had agreed that she was going to have the perspective buyer to provide me with a letter from their lending institution, which is called a pre-qualified letter.

We had agreed on a certain marketing including a live video to be aired on social media. At her request I had a full home inspection done including a septic tank inspection at my cost. I saw a presentation in her designer's office. It impressed me.

However, she requested that I vacate my home during the broker's tour. She served appetizers and wine which is Standard Procedure.

Upon my return I found wine stains on my expensive $28,000.00 rugs, a stain on my custom-made sofa, but I chose to look the other way at that time.

She then had a droid for aerial photographs for the marketing of my home. Following a live video of the interior that included two models ranging from tipping wine to bathing romantically in the master bath suite. Followed by a cocktail party with 20 people or more at the end of the day. I was invited however I had other arrangements. Why she had a cocktail party I have no idea. My guess was to use my home to give her credibility and to define her capability with listing of my luxury home. The following day upon my return I then discovered a large scratch in one of the bedroom exit doors and an additional wine stains in various areas. I brought this to her attention and she did apologize. Now for her showing my home. Contrary to our agreement she called and asked me if she could have one of her relatives show my home because she had another showing at that time. She insured me he was a professional and also a relative. During the showing the aggressive REALTOR and the clients negligently open the door and put *** in the wall. I also discovered broken blinds in the guestroom that covers a large sliding glass door. These matters are now beginning to disturb me.

However, I was anxious to sell my home and chose not to complain. Understandable because of the COVID-19 restrictions that required both the buyer and seller to disclose unsigned documents to each other usually agreeing to enter the home. I agreed to the first one. Subsequent, to that I found my home showed without my consent and the forms were forged with my signature. There're many other things that I could embellish on to include she doesn't return her phone calls. The virtual video they took, took up my entire day and time. She had to return the following day to retake a few segments THAT was never aired.

Every time I expressed my concerns with anything negative she conveniently blamed her performance, on the COVID issue. Consequently, we mutually agreed to terminate my listing. After taking inventory of all the damages to my home I asked if she could get them retrofitted or repaired. She apologized for the damages and excepted the responsibilities however on one of her emails she sent me, she said she wouldn't spend her valuable time or money anymore on me or my listing and I can do it myself and send her a bill. I told her I felt that it was not my responsibility to spend my time hiring subcontractors to accommodate her responsibilities. In simple language I told her I DIDN'T cause the damage, so you fix it then. I gave her 10 day notice to respond (I WAS DENIED) . Liz Fry has no integrity and I urge you even at your own risk not to do business with her.
