I cannot stream netflix well for more than a minute or too at a time and I upgraded so I could watch tv with netflix. The rep told me this would fix the problem but it didn't .
I'm paying almost $200.00 a month and not getting what was promised.
The last time I called to ask what the problem was and was told that because I had reached my limit of data it was slowing down my service. I don't use the internet as much now that it's nice outdoor because I'm out side working a lot and using the internet only at night. If this is not corrected soon I'll have to cancel my subscription and find a different internet service.

My Globe @ Home has just only 15 to 18 days and the 150 GB has gone.. We used usually @ night because no body in the house on day time..
I was wondering why so fast. Only 3 CPs and 1 laptop sometimes.. I just compared when I Loaded 1 gb in my phone ang it takes 7 day before my load gone.
And 150 gone for just only the max. Of 18 days.. Just Wow!..

The wifi at my condo in Kimberling City, Mo has been down since 1/30/2019. I have done my absolute best to find someone competent and capable of fixing my problem.
Evidently media com does not service it's customers. Maybe I need to take a trip to the Springfield, Mo office and just kick the *** out of the male I see, Just to feel better. If I had another viable option, I would have already taken it. I received this message 7 times.

All seven times my neighbor who also has media com has had no problems. That makes media com a mfing liar. If media com decides to fix my problem, please have someone with some stroke to call me. BD
Shaw Cable - Always loosing internet, cable and home phone!

Our cable, home phone and internet are out at least once a month for almost 24 hours at a time, it went off this morning at 2 am it is now 8:40 pm and still not on, in this day and age really Shaw, so unacceptable. Worst company to deal with. Wish Telus was in our area, as they are superior over Shaw!
