The issue is $34.95; Acct:206 533 0138 121018 5 I'm never use your service , I found a better service to your competitor. I received your bill yesterday. I called Frontier Comm, customer reps, waited one hour, talked two reps & said to call next week to talk to Collections. Mark & Amber could not solve the problem. Mark said this acct. was closed in 12/10/18. I' m not paying the $34.95 because your computer is generating a bill that is fake. Frontier Comm you need to be efficient in your service & bill accordingly, and not leave me upside down in this issue. I have no recourse after ran down my efforts to iron this problem that you created with fake information, and is a fraud. Please cancel the $34.95 Thank you, Rosario

There service crashes OFTEN. Not daily, but weekly.
I’ve got 10x2 service, but I’m regularly between 2-5 x .5. This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m glad they are going out of business and I hope the owners go bankrupt. I wish nothing but the worst for them in their future endeavors.
I thought Washington had the most crooks until I signed with SpeedConnect. Do everyone a favor and just close your doors for good.

Do not have them for your internet service provider! I have been out of service for 2 days now!
They have no tech support and nothing on their website with helpful info.
You cannot call them on a weekend so you are just out of luck! Will be finding a new service provider on Monday morning at 8:00!

We have had terrible trouble with Viasat. We cant stream anything on Netflix at night as the speed drops down below 1. They keep telling us it's because we are watching at peak hours. Well, that is not our problem. They only try and reset our modem and wont send anyone...

Horrible is the kindest compliment I can give. My data seems to disappear as fast as it is reset.
Today it reset and before I could even turn on my computer, it had already consumed 15% of my data (7.8Gb). Contacted customer support and they basically said "Too Bad".
Asked for details and they respond that they can't give that to you. I will look for another service provider. Hopefully someone comes up with a solution for those of us that live in rural areas where Cable isn't available. My recommendation: Buy a different service...anything is better that this.

Hello i have shaw internet and i have to say there *** Ice been emailing them for 3 months to have my internet fixed from beig so slow, but they make sure to send me a bill for over 100.00 dollars every month for 2 accounts which for a year ive only had one account. They also told me i wont ve getting any other emails for the other account and still getting them. So my advice go somewhere else cause there crooks and they dont want to help and this unlimited internet is absolutely ***

They customized the routers they give so you can’t open your nat type and when you request it they tell you it is which is a complete lie I have proof been a loyal customer for 4 years we be switching soon can’t stand being lied too by someone who wants my money
