Internet service repeatedly out with 7-10 day delayed technicians. Every avenue of “help” only adds to further delays, assumes resolved or asks if I want to pay bill or add more services.
Disgusting disregard for customers. As a regulatory attorney I intend to participate in FCC complaint and public comment process - clearly they need additional oversight.

Globe Telecom is very fast in sending and reminding monthly bills but their internet service is very bad. Every time we asked for assistance regarding the connection, they will always tell to "Close and Re-start" the computer or the modem.

We have had ongoing service interruptions since April 2019. Here it is almost end of July and service is still out more than it works.
Trying to get a credit for no service is almost impossible. They only want to credit pennies for months of no service. I'm fed up with excuses and wasting my time trying to explain the outages every time I call. Get lots of run around and no resolution.
Supervisors aren't available and customer service agents are worthless. I would give them no stars if it was an option.
