Rise customer service / billing service is a nightmare! Trust me, you are better off not having internet then being tied with this company! DO NOT USE RISE BROADBAND - NO INTERNET SERVICE IS THE SMARTER CHOICE! Internet connectivity is just not worth having the headache. Period.

I was wondering why so fast. Only 3 CPs and 1 laptop sometimes.. I just compared when I Loaded 1 gb in my phone ang it takes 7 day before my load gone.

The issue is $34.95; Acct:206 533 0138 121018 5 I'm never use your service , I found a better service to your competitor. I received your bill yesterday. I called Frontier Comm, customer reps, waited one hour, talked two reps & said to call next week to talk to Collections. Mark & Amber could not solve the problem. Mark said this acct. was closed in 12/10/18. I' m not paying the $34.95 because your computer is generating a bill that is fake. Frontier Comm you need to be efficient in your service & bill accordingly, and not leave me upside down in this issue. I have no recourse after ran down my efforts to iron this problem that you created with fake information, and is a fraud. Please cancel the $34.95 Thank you, Rosario
