I pay 50$ for 60 megabytes for a year after that year the price jumps to 130$. The other local companies offer 150 megabytes for around 130$ or less.
Which, of course aren't available to me.
The other two companies Cox and Comcast don't have a data cap either. MONOPOLY

It took almost 3 weeks to fix my air conditioner. Randy Schmidts assured me that I was a priority and I sent another company away because of his assurance.
I soon found out that I was not a priority and it took another week to finally have my air conditioner fixed. I am a disabled Vietnam Vetren with PTSD and it took a toll on my health.

Unbelievable! I’m a new business and received two positive reviews Yelp moved to their “not recommended”category.
Their customer service team is arrogant and implied I pressured customers to write a review.
Unbelievable they’re retaliating because I won’t advertise. They just sealed that deal!

Judt got this service...had no issues with previous provider..all was good for a week then modem offline..36 hrs and counting...no rezolution...they blame previous privider
Viasat takes advantage of the customer's vulnerability! Told me there was no contract and when I called dissatisfied with the connection they changed the story to 2 years. This service is really bad!

Hasnt even been 30 days, got to watch 1 movie and it buffered the whole time, then said i was out of data 10 days after signup. Company will NOT work with you to resolve issues!
Basically told me too bad, you are under a 2 year contract. I intend to take legal action.
