Purchased but never received materials. Sent numerous emails with no reply.

Tried online chat with their bit.

THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ORDER AND SCREW YOU.

SCAM SCAM SCAM This so-called institute is a scam. I have yet to talk to an actual person via email after my purchase. Go to the site yourself to see if you can get a response from there, or use their email, I am very irritated that I have not received any help or any of the materials I paid for. Since I cannot even cancel my order, I will have to contact my credit card company and go through that crap. These scammers don't even have the decency to pretend to care. Hopefully this and any other place I can post will stop others from trusting these con-artists. You try, email them or chat online.

Tough contest, but.... worst TEFL company ever

Paid for a 50 hour online TEFL programme in February 2017. Cut to June 2018 - I'm still waiting to receive Module 7 of the course materials, or a refund, or a reply to my last 7 emails. Truly horrible customer service, couldn't care less about their customers - I know several who have given up trying to complete the course or obtain a refund. In 18 months of emailing Global Director Tacito Cury, Program Consultant Adriana Blumberg and others in the company, I have been told excuse after excuse, and given a list of broken promises. You'll have the materials on Monday. No, next Monday. We'll had this over to a different member of staff. There was a hurricane. Literally every possible excuse, but no service. There are hundreds of other TEFL companies. Choose them if you want something for your money.
