Incompetent and rude thieves
Unfortunately, but my fault no doubt, my auto loan lender repossessed my vehicle. The repossession company (IRS) Lost my belongings as well as my license plate.
They take no accountability for doing so. In addition, they are trying to blame me in that they supposedly gave me all of my things and my plate.
I would have no reason to lie to them. They told me that I was not their customer so they do not need to help me resolve this issue.
Preferred solution: Offer to pay do you have my license plates duplicated and for the extra time it will take for me to retrieve my vehicle since I now need to wait for a license plate
User's recommendation: If you find out this company is involved, Have everything in writing end do so with your auto loan company as well
