I have reached out to every human in the chain of commands, (the ones that are available to field these problems), and I am no closer to being satisfied with International Papers response to a toxic work environment. My plan is to continue to send this until someone with authority has the task of investigating a toxic work environment.

In the past three months, I have shared how your training staff targeted me, in retaliation for my filing two SWOs for entering a machine without any lock out or tag out. My trainer (union steward), refused to train me after scolded y reprimanded for an infraction that I had been told was terminal.
Ive shared my concerns with my Trainer, Team Lead, Supervisor and Human Resources and they wouldnt even address it. I filed complaints with IP Ethics and Brett called me a month after I was gone to ask what had happened. He told me that, this is not the IP way, we dont *** this sort of behavior.

I beg to differ.
I would like to speak to someone outside the Manitowoc area, as I found out Brett (serves the Manitowoc office) was a part of the local team. I feel that if this is not the International Paper way, Id like to speak to them, before, I file a legal complaint.

I have contacted the EEOC and Lawyer. This is not going to go away.

Taxes that are used to finance the army of the aggressor. With this video, we want to show the consequences of such a decision for civilians in Ukraine and ask these companies to stop doing business in russia.
