Hello Im feeling pretty upset, I came to IOA to get a degree and it was amazing so, when I done with the course I want to cancel my membership in order to stop paying the membership, I just follow the instrucción into the website but I tried very hard to find the button Or the option that instructions says and I never find it.
Is not fare Charge something Im not using anymore, the page doesnt have any iption that instructions says. I already sent many emails and I cant cancel my membership, I need help please.

I was not aware that, after I paid for membership, I would still have to pay for classes. It's crazy that you all don't mention that from the start.
I signed up for membership and I would like my money back immediately because it's unclear that you have to do this in the beginning. This information is only evident after you sign up and have wasted your money.
