Manufacture error
I love the mocha iced coffee after trying all the different flavors. The one I hated the most was the Oreo one.
The last 4 I got were mocha flavor with Oreo in it and not mocha, so I had to throw away.
Not sure how an error like that occurs, but so disappointing to have to throw away 16 dollars of product. Delivered to Smiths in Sparks, Nevada
Preferred solution: Just wanted someone to know what happened so it can be caught next time maybe.

Discontinuing coldstone coffee creamer is a big mistake!
My whole family is greatly disappointed by the discontinuing of coldstone coffee creamer. The sweet and creamy replacement is poor.
Renew contract with coldstone.
Do whatever it takes to bring it back to loyal customers. I have dropped my rating from highest to lowest because of this.

Can never find my favorite product anymore
I spoke with Connie from customer service and she was so very kind and sweet.
I will keep an eye out for my international delight Amaretto creamer. I sure hope they ramp up production and make this readily available as it always was to all of us who love this flavor !!

You have the worst costumer service that I ever delt with in a long time. You can't get through whether it's email, telephone or any other form of communication. Why don't you people have your amaretto flavor in stock up in Massachusetts?
