I am truly confused here. I have just contacted ICSB in Oregon and they say they will move semen to any bank anywhere.
What are you people talking about with this ICSB won't allow you to move to certain other banks? It's getting really confusing. Why don't "CBC Loving Clients" and "retreive 4 me" just shut up and stop spreading rumors. Both of you keep complaining about others saying bad things about certain semen banks and then you turn around and do the same thing.
What a bunch of ***. Store your semen where you want, who cares. Just stop your rumor starting and bad mouthing of others, and then complain about how you've been bad mouthed.
This one, that one whatever stop using this as a board for your slanderous comments. Frankly I think both of you shouldn't breed dogs and should start a poor me newspaper.
Just to clearify I do not have frozen semen at 4 locations. I started collecting my dogs with ICSB years ago because of the help and customer service I got from Sharon.
I choose to stay with Sharon and am extremely happy as you read above. Sharon is not into gossiping and trying to make others look bad!! My problem is ICSB thinks they own mine or others Canine frozen semen that I/we had at one time choose to use them as a semen bank. I do not like the b.s.
I recevied when trying to move my frozen semen to where I choose to have it.. :sigh
OMG. I've always thought that the negative comments about CBC were instigated by ICSB &/or their loyal co-hearts. But this last ICSB Loving Clients just confirms it. The point is, no one has taken anything from Carrol. The research done by Carrol & others was funded by a grant & available to anyone who knows where to look. How do you think his ex-research associate started his own semen bank? How do you think all of the other semen banks that use the pellet process got started????
Moving forward, I too have spoke with ICSB
& they do take issue with shipping semen to
CBC, as well as some other semen banks.
I also know of instances where ICSB has gladly accepted semen from CBC.
I guess it just has to do with who you talk to.
Lastly, the dissolution of the ladies' partnership was actually more like a divorce. But more importantly, its been over 4 years, can't people move on? Wouldn't it be nice if everyone took a step back, a deep breath, grew up & tried
to act in a more professional manner. This
constant pitting of one group against another is sooooo immature & hurts everyone. There are so many other issues out there that need our attention.
retrieve for me-In reference to the above complaint about ICSB-Oregon and Grass Valley. I think you are missing the point Chuck Murray and Sherian Evans both stole the idea and ability to freeze and store semen from Carrol Platz Some of Sherians' equipment even says ICSB on it.
When you become employed by someone you don't have the right to learn all about their business and the research they have taken years to create and run with it on your own. That's called Non-Disclosure. It is actually a very unethical practice and it sounds like this is exactly what Chuck Murray and Sherian Evans did. I have spoken with ICSB Oregon and found them pleasant about cool bred canine and Chuck Murray.
They did not say anything about not being able to move semen TO cool bred canine they told us they would not TAKE semen from cool bred canine. I think your facts are off and it sounds like you are the one spreading rumors. If your plan is to slander ICSB then what makes you different from what you say they are doing. Also how many semen banks are you using?
It sounds a little fishy that you are using 4 different semen banks, yet only side with one.
We have never had a bad experience with ICSB and have found them to be professional about all other semen banks out there. Keep up the excellent customer service ICSB!
I just came across this website & was amazed at the number of people who have taken the time to write negative comments about Cool Bred Canine. MY EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT PLEASANT, PRODUCTIVE & SUCCESSFUL.
This has been true with so many people I know & have had business dealing with. Its obviously true what they say about people never taking the time to express their satisfaction, or compliment a job well done.
Obviously, from what I see on this website people seem to find the time to complain whether its called for or not. I now feel compelled to spend time encouraging my dog friends to share their great Cool Bred Canine experiences with people who frequent this website.
Just spoke with Chuck today, apparently you haven't heard about his accident, & subsequent surgery. While he is not completely back & may have to undergo another surgery he is still open & operating from his office.
Additionally, he said that during this down time he is busy working with a new website person to update & expand the original website for Cool Bred Canine. I left a message at this number: 503 637-****
