Unable to activate

we bought a visa card 3 months ago every time we call to activate they tell us to fax his ss# we have done this 2 times and are still unable to use this card this card #is 400767****635974 it doesnt matter any more cause it was suppose to be used to pay for meds. thru mail but i fell it was a rip off for us especilly us that we are on a fixed income pd. 60.00 for nothing now just because of you we are not contfordable buying any thing like this any more i dont know what you all do when people buy cards and they cant use them but i hope you all enjoy this
