Problems, problems, problems
Unfortunately, I have had problems ever since switching my VOIP business numbers to this account. Repeated issues logging in, and with phone quality.
Customer service is okay, but language barriers have been an issue. (It appears the sales reps are US based, but the tech support members are not) Trying to resolve my issue with my inability to log in has seemed to confound their support team and I have had the issued escalated to the billing department. Then I was notified that I would have two wait 16 + hours before I could speak with anyone in the billing department as they were closed. What happened the the 24 hour advertised support.
In the meantime, I cannot receive business calls or check messages!! How is that for escalation???

They wouldn't allow me to cancel my account without my husbands permission.
I opened an account in 2005 and my husband like the phone and fax services it offered so he open an account in 2010 for his company.
I no longer need this service so I called to cancel, They told me that my husband was the account holder and he needs to cancel. Obviously they have co-mingled our accounts.
I had to prove that I had been making the payments in order to cancel my account. I am waiting now to see if they do in deed cancel my account and what happens to my husbands account which was also supposed to be canceled last month.
Not a friendly way to do business. Buyers beware!

Preferred solution: I emailed a cancelation in July, they didn't cancel it because they said the account is in my husbands name
