Terrible Service

I have been trying to get repairs on my theater seats for almost a year now. The two women that I talked to and corresponded with (Bernadette P. and Sarah V.) are the worst customer representatives I have ever dealt with. Sarah comes across as a complete, uneducated idiot and Bernadette is just a crass, mouthy, rude woman. Neither one appears to be capable of reading emails or formulating intelligent responses. I have completely given up on ever getting the seats repaired.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase from the Home Theater Store.

Expensive Recliner Chairs Review

Was told 1-2 weeks for delivery, 10wks later nothing. Terrible customer service that forces customer to deal with the shipping companies, who have similarly poor interface. All while intermark sits on your money...that's fair!

TheaterSeatStore is were I purchased these recliners. Do not buy from them. I had bought 2 of the Octane Regal 650'SXL and they are both junk. Just like everyone else my shipment was also late by 2 weeks. As you can see the large gaping hole between the back and the seat makes it so uncomfortable. You can only sit in the chair for about 15 minutes because of the headrest leaning your head forward and the board that is across the bottom of the back of the seat were the gaping whole is and that's were the lower part of your back rest against it and there is very little padding. I had already sent these pictures to their customer support staff and they claim they can fix these issues. I also spoke with Troy and I already know I will be getting the short end of the stick. All I am asking is for them to replace them with a different model but they said it would cost me $450.00 to have them shipped back. Does this site help you solve the issue with the seller? Rick

Horrible product and customer service

we ordered a sofa sectional, we were told 3 to 4 weeks to deliver, wrong 3 to 4 months. When we received the sofa sectional it was stained, damaged and torn. We had a full warranty that as of today has not been honored. We are now proceeding with legal action. We have enough documented emails to win our case, thank God!!! However we do not want anyone else to go through this, or do business with this ridiculous company. The BBB has also launched an investigation and will most likely downgrade this company to an "F" rating. DO NOT BU!!!!

InteriorMark, LLC = RIP OFF

I ordered a chest of drawers on 1-6-15 and received an email confirmation saying it will ship 14-21 days. After 30 days I contacted InteriorMark (Fireplace Spot) inquiring about my order. All I was given was lip service. It's been nearly 2 months and I still have not received the item or a refund of $1026. They charge your account, take NO risk themselves and the burden is on YOU to get your furniture. NONE of this is explained up front. You will get NO calls, NO help, but plenty of rudeness...especially from Rock. Take heed of this warning...you WILL be very disappointed doing business with this company.

BEWARE!! Took 14 months to get order corrected!!

I ordered a $4,000 sectional through this company. Same sectional retailed for almost $6,000 at some other high end stores in my area,so it was definitely was a good deal. It was never delivered in time frame as they said, and every bit of the process took forever! Their rep Troy lied to me so many times it's unbelievable, I got the run around from everyone I spoke with. Troy and their top customer service manager Sally repeatedly told me they would call me at certain times and I had to chase them down the entire time. They never seemed to follow through with anything they ever told me. I contacted the furniture maker myself during this process, and upon doing so everything Sofas & Sectionals (Interiormark) told me always seemed to be a lie. They delivered my piece and low and behold it was the wrong configuration. I was then told the right piece would be done and delivered quickly. They delivered what was supposed to be the correct piece and IT WAS THE WRONG THING ENTIRELY!! It was a sleeper sofa!!! IT TOOK A TOTAL OF 14 MONTHS to get it right!! I live in Texas so I voice recorded every conversation I had with their top service manager through this process. Their department was in Colorado so depending on your state you may be able to record conversations without their consent. I kept record of every email and every bit of communication. I was absolutely prepared to take it to court which I let them know. This was the worst situation in the world to deal with. I ended up getting a $1,000 refund back for the fact I had a year old sectional that now recently has a brand new piece in the middle of it, so it does look a little off. The $1,000 refund was still not enough in my opinion. If you are in the midst of a problem currently I recommend taking it to the CEO Peter Goldstein immediately. Obviously my case was so bad and they knew they screwed up big time, so he cut the check immediately after I notified him I was still getting the run around from his top service manager. With all that said I would say DO NOT BUY from this place at all as you are better off just buying from local whole sellers.

Horrible repair over 8 months

Purchased a sectional from interior mark a lane. Received damaged 8 months to get repaired and parts. Poor quality in 8 months cushions sliding material stretching. Backs loose. Sad very very disappointed in quality warranty and customer service told to return I would have to pay a restocking fee also repair tech could only fix damage in shipment have to submit additional warranty request for backs that are getting loose lane no longer stands behind their products. Have been faithful to lane for over 30 years but will never buy or recommend lane again. Sad that my hard earned money has gone down the drain
