I have been trying to get repairs on my theater seats for almost a year now. The two women that I talked to and corresponded with (Bernadette P. and Sarah V.) are the worst customer representatives I have ever dealt with. Sarah comes across as a complete, uneducated idiot and Bernadette is just a crass, mouthy, rude woman. Neither one appears to be capable of reading emails or formulating intelligent responses. I have completely given up on ever getting the seats repaired.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Do not purchase from the Home Theater Store.
