Host families beware
This company has a policy of making their decisions without any explanation, just telling you they've "heard enough" from the au pair who wants to make the host family look bad so they can get another chance to go into rematch to find another host family. When asked if they want evidence showing anything the au pair said is not true, they tell you their decision has been made.
You would get better due process in North Korea.
