No response on my question.
I like the clock. It keeps great time.
And we keep it in the bathroom. But the battery is run down, and I cant get it open to change the battery. Being a senior citizen doesnt help.
I just want to know how to open it up so that I can change the battery. If anyone can tell me the secret, I would appreciate it.

Hello my name is Bailey Vinson, I do the receiving for Walnut Creek Hardware. I tried to call, but I wasn't able to reach anyone.
We received a shipment from you guys last week (April 25th) and 4 of the Wood & paulownia wood serving tray 14.5, Item #REF0999 MFG/UPC: 50641 as well as 4 of the Classico Cookware organizer 8" chrome MFG/UPC: 48710 were missing. If you could please apply credit for all 4 of those, Thank you!

Toilet Paper Stand Broken
Not even a year ago, I bought the Classico Freestanding Toilet Paper Holder by InterDesign from Home Depot and a couple months ago, the screw has broken. The screw is what connects the stand to the arm.
I threw away the receipt, thinking a toilet paper stand would last longer than a year, but unfortunately it hasn't. I was wondering if I could be sent a new toilet paper stand to replace the broken one.

Haven't received order
ordered toilet bowl brush and holder but received soap dispensers - representative from Walmart reordered but still haven't received.
