Complaint Description:
I took my wedding rings I just gotten from Zales purchase price $4,939.00 on 8/12/2019 to Interco Coins and Jewelry to be sizes cost $61.80 I arrived at Interco coin and jewelry at approximately 3:30 p.m. and was told to pick them up at 5:30p.m.
which I arrived at 5:40p.m. my rings were damaged; full of scratches and I gave it right back to the women working there after showing her the damages. she had the repair person to redo my rings and he still didn't correctly smooth them out nor fix where he cut them to size my rings from a 7 to an 8. I still have scratches and cuts in my ring which weren't there before I gave them to these peoples to be sized.
The female working their, who I handed my rings to, had a nasty attitude and was very unprofessional.

To be more professional and my $61.80 returned for the poorly done job.
If they are not going to do the job correctly, they need to let the customers know ahead of time. Dont tell a customer a time to pick up the jewelry, then when they get there tell them that they need more time, to come back later.
