Reservation issues

I was assisting my mother with purchasing a ticket after we had been at the airport for 2 hours. However, a mistake was made with the last name on the ticket. I have been trying to get it changed because her flight is on the 18th and I haven't received a response yet.

Hycel Hycel Thomas con número de Cacique 1003****, les escribo porque en el día de ayer, 24 de junio del 2024, compré un boleto de avión AC6224. Compré el boleto para otra persona y pagué con mi tarjeta VISA. Sin embargo, el boleto me llegó a nombre mío y no a nombre de la persona para quien se compró.

A continuación, le anexo algunas evidencias de cuando se hizo la reserva. Gracias por su atención de antemano.

El lunes pasado compre un boleto y estoy esperando respuesta del rembolso ya que al comprar el boleto en mi cuenta poner los datos sobre la persona que iba a viajar al finalizar la compra estaban mis datos y yo necesito saber respuesta de cuando se realizará el rembolso muchas gracias disculpe las molestias

Yo Sr Hycel Hycel Thomas con número de Cacique 1003**** les escribo porque en el día de ayer 24 de junio del 2024 compre un boleto de avion AC6224. Compre el boleto para otra persona y pague con mi tarjeta VISA.

Y ahora me llego el boleto a nombre mío y no a nombre de la persona para la que se compro.

Goodmorning Sir / Madam\ We Booked 6 people from Barbados to St Lucia for 30 Jun, but due to Hurricane Berryl, the Meeting / Event on St Lucia was Canceled. We canceled the bookings, see PNR and ticket number on Jun 29, because the meeting /Event was canceled due to Hurricane Berryl.To Our great Surprise, we see that the Coupons are on SUSP, can You reset the OPEN STATUS of the Coupons, because we want to request the Refunds.

Tried to call customer service for 4 hrs straight, no answers, no reply, no people, error message 154, voice boxes full

Counter people could not even talk to them

Airlines just sucks, does not care about customers
