Resolved: Service charged, despite cancellation

Finally, after 4 months, I got my money back.

Before I even received the notice of renewal, and the invoice, Intercall charged my credit card. When I got the invoice, I canceled the service which I only used once - not easy to use, too complex. Four month later, I am still trying to get my money back. I made several phone calls to the billing department with no results: they used different excuses such as "we need to investigate", "we are waiting for the approval" to not give me my money back. They then redirected my so-called "sales rep.", which was new to me. The sales rep. used the same elusive tactics and excuses: "I was out of the office", "we are investigating", "I am waiting for approval". Bottom line, 4 monthy later, I am still trying to get my money back. If you plan using Intercall, be aware of the commercial behaviour of this company, and whether you like it or not, be prepared to pay for a service you will never use. Resolved

Hidden Charges
This is the worst company on the planet, tons of hidden charges. Your bill will be 10x what you think, and there billing department will bug you till you pay. Do not use http://www.intercall.com/ After I cancelled and paid, they came back to me and said I didn't. After I showed them the credit card statement that I did, they still did not believe me! Just the worst customer service on the planet. I seriously don't know how Intercall is still in business. They must prey on very inefficient businesses. Please do yourself a favor and do not use Intercall.
