No response for repair covered under warranty
- - I bought a light for over $2K and the power bank stopped working.
- - The repair dragged on six months with no replies from support.
So I bought a light for our small production company and paid over $2K for it. The power bank stopped working so I reached out via email and they responded and said the parts to fix it werent in and asked if I wanted to send the power box in or wait for the parts to arrive before sending it in.
I chose to wait for the parts to come in before I sent it out and its been six months later and no response. Ive tried emailing them to the same email that I got a response from before and no one ever responded. There is no phone number to contact them and on their website they feature a live chat button that doesnt work. Ive messaged them on Instagram and also no response.
This is one of the lights that we used to use for about half of all our productions and we are not able to use that light anymore and we cant afford to buy another one. Im very frustrated that this hasnt been resolved and even more frustrating that there is no communication, no update with whats going on with the repair so I hope Pissed Consumer can help me out with this situation.
User's recommendation: Stay away from this brand got with Aperture or Nanlux I’ve had no issues with them
