On 03/07/24 I went for a medical appointment and Intelliride booked my ride with THE CAB on Oahu Hawaii. It took that cab very close to an hour to get me from the airport to my appointment.
We got there and the nurse was waiting for us. On top of that his van was filthy, it stunk, his windows were scruffy (like a pet was at the window. To make matters worse this guy had a friend on speakerphone and they loudly chatted back n forth in their native language like they were at a party. Never mind us.
Worst ride ever!
He had a dingy van, not at all like the other cabs weve seen. Im sorry but you must check on your drivers n their vehicles.

One guy hangs up on me all the time and acts like he can't hear me and has just sat with the phone on mute. I don't have anyone on speaker so quit playing games, if you hate your job so much then quit because you're putting people's health at risk!

Fabiola Soto called me and told me the driver who normally takes my husband to his appointments is fired for conflict of interest this all started when the driver left meek transportation to go to grace logistics because meek was not giving him a check stub showing his hours and rate of pay I also got several calls from jeriamiahat meek called me and told me the driver that was taking my husband was going to be fired from intellaride and my husband needed to stay with there company how would he know this employee was going to be fired if he dont work at intellaride so Fabiola Soto was giving out info to me and jeriamiah about the employee this driver was fired because meek transportation did not want my husband to go to grace logistics with the driver he was used to and for Fabiola Soto to say it was conflict of interest she is wrong for this this driver is a great driver and that is why my husband followed him were he goes and also Jeriamiah threatened the employee not to *** with him and the next thing we knew my husbands driver was fired Fabiola Soto argued with me about the driver and the reason he was fired I think that Fabiola Soto is doing things she should not be doing her and Jeriamiah are in on this together is how I feel because he would not have known that the driver was going to be fired and calling me telling me this both Jeriamiah and Fabiola Soto should have been telling me any of this it should have been confidential thank you for hearing me out hopefully this will get to the big boss and get him his job back he was fired for no good reason Doris Jackson

POOR PERFORMANCE ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES
BEEN ON PHONE FOR 1 HOUR AND 29 MINUTES WAITING FOR TO BOOK TRANSPORTATION TO DOC ???NOBODY ANAWER ???

I scheduled 3 rides with them and each time they screwed up the ways and means for the rides involving my wheelchair. While attempting to schedule a 4th ride a so-called supervisor said that they cannot schedule a ride with a wheelchair.
This is after booking a ride with them 3 previous times with a wheelchair.
They lack any knowledge of their customers needs. They should be totally revamped.o not use

Has not been resolved completely yet, they still owe me for several appointment trips that were taken in March 2022 and May 2022. I will be sending them another letter but this time I'm going to mail it and to the attention of the person who is authorized to sign the checks.
We'll see what happens. Thank you all for your suggestions.
Intelliride Mileage Reimbursement Department: My name is Marie Barber, and I am the driver for my sister, I make sure she gets to her appointments and back home again. I also make sure the Mileage Reimbursement Forms are sent to the following email: (claims.intelliride@***.com).
My sister emailed you on May 9, 2022, and I emailed you on June 4, 2022, and again on June 9, 2022, regarding the issue of payment for appointments done in March 2022 & April 2022 (because there is no phone number to call) and have NOT received a response from you concerning the Mileage Reimbursement Forms sent earlier. I realize you have a lot of Mileage Reimbursement Verification Forms to process, however, I have been waiting for payment on 10 past appointments that I sent the forms to you between 11 weeks ago to 8 weeks ago. I have been paid for several appointments that were after the appointments I am inquiring about, and I would like to know where are the payments for the 10 trips I am inquiring about? What is the holdup on the payments for these appointments?
Do I need to resend the forms to you? PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL!!!

User's recommendation: Keep a detailed record of these appointments and always take copies of any information Intelliride sends you. If you have Intelliride taking you always ask for a receipt printed, signed and dated by your driver.
Lack of Business etiquette either on the phone or with getting a ride
I am frustrated because I was put on hold for to long a period over 2 hours of waiting. Didn't show up for a pick up, put me in the wrong City, how do you get Canyon City, CO out of Olney Springs? This is getting worse and my person that does my rides hasn't after 10 weeks gotten paid.
Preferred solution: Better quality of service. Even your website for complaints is screwed up on people's 1st name

There is a new way to order a Taxi for Medicaid patients in Glenwood Springs CO. Order a ride spend a lot of time waiting.
Booked 2 rides to the Valley View Hospital August 5th and 20th. The one on Aug 5th didn't show up, no call, email blocked, when I tried to call waiting time was 14 min and even then nobody answered and after 15 more minutes I hung up. Wasted time reschedule appointment, took a bus. Appointment for August 20 was schedule with wrong pick up address and no option to edit.
Cancelled existing booking and tried to book ride with correct address and couldn't find the pick up address... Tried to call waiting time 30 min.
The whole time dealing with this business was a waste of time. Hope that Medicaid patients will be return to local Valley Taxi which was great and no difficult to book.
