I took their Azure training package after watching their video on YouTube and it was quite impressive however the actual course taking experience was terrible. 1- Customer service was one of the worst. They simply DO NOT listen to your concern or address them. 2- Their instructors do not seem to have teaching experience. They discourage questions and sometime get upset if you ask them to elaborate something or repeat a concept. 3- Their lab sessions are especially horrible - broken English really hard to understand and follow. Many a time there is a lag in voice and video making the learning experience a nightmare. 4- They are not organized at all. You won't get session timings ahead of time and almost every time I had to email support team to provide me a link to join the session. Few times their lab and lecture sessions overlapped - both lab and lectures are done by different people. So if 10:30 AM is set for lecture then few hours before you get an email for Lab session at the same time.
