Not much intelligentsia in staff at O'Hare
Near Gate M9 at O'Hare. Took the "macchiato" to my seat in the waiting room and noticed it had no milk.
Went back to the young woman (May 1 about 12:00) at counter and said: "Hey, this is an espresso, not a macchiato." She said they were the same, 4 oz, just that.
Not assuming she knew anything about Italian coffees/names, I answere that if they had different names and cost different, they weren´t the same. The company could give them a minimum of training...that's intelligentsia!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
