After much gnashing of teeth,trying contact customer service ( who have no live people to talk to,repeated Emails with little response I thought I had gotten scammed. The ringer and the camera arrived.
After a lot of hard work I got it going. Im still trying to get it in my wifes phone. Still working on that.
The unit seems ok but needs fine tuning. I would not recommend buying your product based on how I was treated.

No cooperation on returning the item
Cannot get a straight answer on returning the two door bell cameras. If this is not resolved soon I'll report to the BBB. Please respond.

I bought two of these doorbell units and neither one of them will connect to Wi-Fi it goes through two 90% and stops

I have been trying to talk with customer service for a week and have exhausted my resources. I have NEVER gotten any help let alone speak to someone!
I don't even have a tracking number for my order. I am so disappointed.
I will never recommend your company. Why would you promptly take my money and then never supply any interaction or help .
