Lied about services then didnt tarp roof before a rainstorm, massive water leaks
3 months ago, we contracted with "Integrity Roofing" to fix our hail damaged roof. The company said 4 weeks to completion, at most. All along, we were the ones prodding and pushing the process along. After months of delays waiting for their money (BEFORE ANY REAPAIRS!), ordering the wrong gutters and not responding to our concerns they finally send out a 3 man crew who left our roof unprotected in a major thunderstorm. OUr home is leaking massive amounts if water in several places... My husband is in the military, facing a 3 1/2 month deployment TOMORROW and still no effort from "Integrity" roofing to right this problem. I have never heard of such unethical, poor business practices in my life. They knew all along our concerns, and yet here we are facing exactly what we dreaded. I am left to deal with this unresponsive, uncaring, poorly run company and hoping against all hope that they can actually fix what they damaged. "Integrity" has not once acted with integrity. What a joke.
