Scammers posing as contractors!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Updated by user Mar 03, 2025

IBG is now defending doing subpar to no work and completely in their right to do so in taking a $50k deposit for materials never purchased. Cursing, threatening and quitting then lying and saying was fired and defaulted deposit.

Also denying that the GM was working under an alias is who is actually is with photos and documents substantiating who they are! Lies and thievery is unapologetically endless and continues to threaten and harass homeowner!

Original review updated Feb 16, 2025
Integrity Builders Group llc formerly Kisdir GroupContacted IBG off of Ang.. list as new to area.

Showed up presenting as Bruzio Luberti GM his wife Corrine Luberti as owner and Mike Bergen as foreman. Wife dressed in a suit and high heels, Bruzio was in golf shirt shorts, baseball hat and sneakers as was Mike. Walked through complete home remodel and the three were a bit odd but was assured had a ft crew of 16 employees and all facets of interior and exterior professional work and told numerous times perfectionists about quality of work! After several meetings and revisions of contract hired for complete house remodel for $160k and they insisted on a 50percent deposit which I refused and agreed to 1/3 if $50k upon signing contract.

Was assured they were professional. After check was given dynamics and personality began to change. Kept pushing off start date and never asked for any design details to start purchasing for renovations, which I was told would take weeks to order he also showed up at my house randomly and was dressed in black jeans, cowboy boots a beater undershirt hair was greased back, gold chains prison tats apparent. Ok with whatever but completely different personality and much more aggressive demeanor.

After month delay showed up with 10 guys and much fanfare but clearly not dressed for construction. Then 2 guys started demo and all rest abruptly left. I askecBruzio about purchasing interior design choices and he told me to purchase and he would deduct from balance I spent 2 days purchasing and emailing him for measurements etc and he was increasingly annoyed. Second day the reno the 2 guys began patching walls that were supposed to be redone completely, measurements of door opening was wrong left debris everywhere inside and out, cutting drywall in yard On the grass and sticks and rocks and patched drywall with missing paper.

Stored drywall overnight outside on side of house. Cut into plumbing inside wall and left it like that at end of day leaking into crawl space. Left doors to crawl space open over night to animals and had neighbors cat in there. Could have DIY it better then what was happening.

It was horrendous the drywall had spackle in some random spots and realized trying to look like screwed but actually not even had screws in it! Emailed Bruzio of list of concerns and he said theyd fix it and to calm down that I dont know what Im talking about! Next day same 2 guys sped up at 11 ish for 2 hours and left and seemed to purposely make a mess and then just left and didnt come back! Again called and texted Bruzio about what was going on, the next day he called SCREAMING and cursing at me and calling me names and said he was so rich I was lucky he even took my job!

That he wasnt going to finish and I could go f myself! He was on speaker phone in car and my bf told him to not dare talk to me like that! He seemed startled that there was someone else listening (for plausibly deniability) and then threatened both he and myself that he was coming to my house to shut us both up permanently! Thereafter I emailed him to refund my deposit and he emailed back that I fired him and in NJ I therefore defaulted my deposit and good luck getting my money back.

Instantly I realized it was all a scam!!! I then after researching the company found out all felons under indictments for criminal activities in other businesses and just restructured under this company and all the positive reviews were under friends and family all on same date 2 days before looking on A list! There are dozens of complaints under previous company Kisdir group! He signe contract under one of many aliases!

His name is Bruce Gordon Liw Jr. his wife is Corrine Low but goes by Corrine Long of one of her many aliases. He also goes by the name Hollywood because apparently being such a good actor in scamming many people out of money. He gets accolades all the time from his local police for donating to their department even though on national news for his criminal activities.

He continues to harass me after months of cutting all communication with him and no money ever refunded. Cops do nothing even though theft by deception is apparent!

Attorneys advise all tangible assets are seized by feds so nothing to sue for! He knows this and continues to scam people!!!

After paying them ~$5,000 for their services, they failed to perform as represented and ultimately admitted that there was nothing that they could do to satisfy our contractual agreement. Not only did they say that theyd reimburse me, they even stated that a check was sent (neither received nor deposited or cashed). They then said that theyd send another check but nothing since then and no communication (they dont answer calls/emails).

Did not take care of what was promised in the time frame promised....still waiting!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My husband hired them and they told us that in 9 months the search engine would clear his name in articles that were posted. We gave them plenty of information to use to move the bad articles down and the good ones up in the search. It is now over a year and we are still waiting to hear from them as to why it is still appearing in the middle of the first page of the search.

Integrity Defender doesn't work

This company made my business promises and didn't fulfill any of them. You are supposed to pay a specific rate to get your negative web review off of page one or page two.

Neither of those things has happened. It was so easy to contact them when they wanted Mykel but now that they have obtained that, they don't respond to calls and emails.

When they do respond to an email, you may receive a couple of words. I do not feel like this company has any credibility and I advise others to not invest their money with them at all.

Integrity defender scam

This company has made several promises about removing negative links and a year later, and nothing has been done. The customer service has been poor and unprofessional.

This company will put up a few irrelevant links which doesn't equate to the money you provide them from the start. They provide no updates like other credible companies regarding the position of links submitted and the status of the negative links.

Overall, as a consumer I feel completely scammed and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone seeking help with their personal or professional branding image.

Integrity Defender has proved that they aren't worthy of any of positive feedback. The return on your investment never comes.

They do not monitor the activity, misspell words and leave you hanging

Do not use. After six months everything is back to where I started.

It is as if I never even paid money to have things fixed. While very cordial and responsive at first, now they do not even answer emails. It was a total waste of money. Please spend your dollars elsewhere, perhaps a different company.

I can't believe I am in the same shape as when I started. Very disappointing especially since I am out of work now and can't get work due to the online problems

Some companies charge more and hopefully provide more but in the end it may not be worth it.

Integrity Defenders: So slow, poor customer service

We hired Integrity Defenders 6 months ago and they still haven't finished the job. They DO NOT return calls.

Receptionist was rude and actually argued with me on the phone. They'll work only if you put some heat on them and then they stop before the job is complete. They do not monitor as they say they do. Instead, you have to catch it yourself and then notify them.

Why should WE have to notify THEM of problems, if they were doing their job we should not have to do so.

Not worth the money at all. Spare yourself the money and aggravation, go somewhere else.

Cannot agree more. My experience was even worse than yours, as they never did ANYTHING at all to optimize my company's search results. They are to be avoided at all costs.

Integrity Defender Clears Unwanted Information

Integrity Defender ( IntegrityDefender.com ) creates, manages, and promotes positive search engine results for their customers. Integrity Defender's innovative approach to online reputation management helps clients displace complaints on unregulated sites like pissedconsumer.com from search results.

Consumer complaint and scam sites that do not check for accuracy or uphold standards of accountability with regards to the complaints located on their sites give way to false, slanderous, and malicious complaints from competitors.

Integrity Defender helps companies who are victims of such attacks by protecting their online reputations through positive content promotion. If you or someone you know have been attacked by a malicious competitor, know that there are options out there to defend your hard-earned reputation!

Options there may be, but Integrity Defender is not one of them. Worse than worthless.

They will now surely have one of their employees post something in their defense posing as a "customer" or accusing me of working for a competitor, but don't be fooled!

Notice how the price is WAY less than any of the more reputable companies out there, but still high enough to make you think they're legit? All one big, fat scam.

Danielle Assante and integritydefender.com are a big joke

Integrity defender have got to be the most inefficient company I have ever dealt with. I hired them to remove some complaints made by an exemployee that were not true and after 4 months its still on the first page.

They continually promise return calls that of course do not materialize. I talked to Danielle Assante and she treated me like dirt although I was a client and if business moved at the pace of Integritydefender, we would all be in big trouble! I am very sorry I picked integritydefender.com to help with my online reputation.

PLEASE stay away from them, STOP wasting time with this company and get your money back! This company will continue to delay and never finish your work.

6 months and they can not remove two links from above the fold in a Google search....total rip off

Guest

"Barbara Klein" is my "Sr. Account Manager." Rest assured, anyone here posting in defense of Integrity Defenders undoubtedly works for them.

I was eligible for a refund in January, and keep getting the run-around. For what it's worth, they have apparently let their reputation slide somewhat over the past few months, since last summer this link wasn't on either the first or second pages.

They truly have no understanding of the concept of integrity. Please please please keep away from these thieves.

Guest

I am a political candidate. I paid them for first page top billing on my name.

It is a year later and they did not do what they stated. They have really cost me as I am a political candidate. What a mistake in choosing them. I believe they go under a bunch of names.

I've written to them four times asking for a refund. They don't even respond.

If anyone has their contact information please send it to me I really want to file a lawsuit. I'm furious.

Guest

i wish i ran into this post before. i just got taken for over $8,000 by this scam company.

strung me a long for over 9 months and NOTHING first page is still dominated by false rip off reports.

scam scam scam. they can't even manage their own reputation, what makes you think they can fix yours?!

Guest

You're obviously a competitor trying to defame another business.

Guest

These allegations are completely false, you've obviously been misinformed. I have had a wonderful working relationship with this company for a few months now and I am extremely pleased.

The team is very dedicated and intelligent, I have payed by credit card and have experienced not one problem. I have recommended this company to multiple clients and associates all who have no complaints about the work they have had done. As far as I am concerned this company is very reputable and competent.

Apparently there has been some confusion with the names, we all have to remember that one name does not mean one person. If you have a need for this type of service, I highly recommend this company, I can assure you, you will get what you pay for, if not more!

Google her name. She is a dog killer and Felon (thief) :sigh And Junkie If this is the same danielle Assante
