AI Highlights
  • - Brand new Dallas roof installed in Oct 2023.
  • - Leaks around skylights and chimney.
  • - Repairs not fixed; owner didn't take responsibility; I paid.

Integrity Construction & Roofing did a brand new roof for my house in Dallas in October 2023. They did a poor job on the entire roof, but especially on the flashing/shingles around the skylights and chimney, resulting in multiple leaks.

After requesting they come out multiple times, they never fixed the issue. The owner of Integrity, Chris Johnson, took no responsibility. Again, this was a brand new roof. Other roofers who came to look at the leaks said the entire job was substandard with multiple corners cut and the wrong materials frequently used.

Chris Johnson and the team never got the issue fixed I paid out of my own pocket to fix the shoddy job they did.

Integrity is a company that totally lacks integrity and will slap together any projects they do for you. Dont waste your money.
