Second got angry when I said I wasnt going to use for certain scopes of specialty work and would only start with a couple projects. Bruce aka Bruzio was vey skilled sakes man aka con man and advised had 12-16 full time employees that could work on several projects simultaneously if not limited to dealing with subcontractors could work quicker and more efficiently.

He then wanted a 50 percent deposit, but agreed to 1/3. After weeks of advising waiting on permits and would need special variances and extra fees for zoning said would start with interior work that didnt need permits. And exterior excavation work. Showed up with 8 guys with much fanfare to leave promptly with 5 and said be back following week for fencing BEFORE extensive excavations.

Laborers demo ing bathroom left a mess and hazardous areas. But When asked about products to be ordered for bathroom he told me to order and hed take off balance! I ordered and advised not to put in new white vinyl fencing before excavation work and he said you know nothing dont tell me how to do my job. The bathroom demo was being patched with drywall instead of removing all and replacing with regular drywall not moisture resistant as contractor Ed along with many unprofessional issues in electrical, tge door was framed out at 22 for a 36 door.

Left drywall & wood trim outside on side of house and was still using it ! Fishing electrical wires through old drywall. Left attic open to house, sewage pipes not covered or ragged. This in first 2 days!

When emailed concerns Bruce called and began yelling cursing and threatening me an my bf and then quit!! Said so rich he didnt need to deal with all the questions and micromanaging him. Sent an email requesting refund! He emailed that I fired him and in nj you default your refund!

END GAME right there! Found it convicted felon and under indictments from previous corps! Signed contract under one of many aliases and had his attorney send letter saying I was in breach of contract!!! Police are well aware of him and say its civil, attorneys wont take case be a assets already frozen so he continues very brazenly with a ring of cohorts!
