Terrible company

Home Depot extended warranty uses this company. They made an appointment to come out and never showed up. Plus if you leave a message NOONE calls you back. Never use them. Their phone system does not work and if you select customer service on the voice line, it says there are many people ahead of you and you wait and then they drop the call. I think the appliance extended warranty company hires the lowest of the low repair people as venders. Steer clear and tell your friends not to use them ever. Do not waste your time with them like I did.

Another pissed customer

Updated by user Apr 10, 2013

The problem finally got resolved. After calling Integrity several more times and being promised a call back by a supervisor which never happened, I sent an email to the CEO of Home Depot.

I was contacted by a gentleman named Brandon who was extremely friendly and totally shocked about my experience. He promised that everything will be resolved. He had a lady, Lamika, call me from Assurance Insurance and she promised to send a GE factory-direct technician. The technician arrived and was able to diagnose my dryer problem without an extra charge, having to take the machines apart, or having to call in another technician to help.

The part was ordered and installed within a week. The whole experience was pleasant. Everybody was friendly, polite, called me all the time to make sure I was happy and everything was happening right on schedule. It also was so nice to have an American-born technician instead of one of those dishonest, unfriendly Russians.

I was also informed that I can request a factory-direct technician, in my case GE, and it is a lie that I have been told, Integrity is not the only repair company Home Depot works with. After everything was done, Brandon contacted me again to find out how much money I had spent at the Laundromat while my dryer was not working. I received a check for the amount quoted.

I am happy with the end result and to see that in the long run Home Depot does take care of its customers.

But it is very sad that I had to go through all this in the first place. In my opinion, Home Depot should cut all ties with Integrity Appliances.

I had a similar problem as the last person listed. Integrity Appliance also tried to extort money from me. Claimed he needed a second man to fix my dryer, and I have to give him $120. When I refused, he just left. I have an extended warranty through Home Depot. Have not been able to resolve this problem as of yet. Don't really know what to do at this point. Very frustrating. Have called Integrity, supervisor at Home Depot, and a supervisor for the extended warranty. Nobody was willing to help. I requested another repair company, but that was denied due to Home Depot exclusively using Integrity Appliance Company.

Washing Machine repair company for Sears

This is a company Sears Home Warranty uses to repair their machines. They were HORRIBLE. Tried to extort money from me by saying that my laundry room was too small to work in so they needed two men instead of one to do the repair. I fought this and won. They changed the date of service several times on me. Did not show to one appoinement. I called and asked to speak with the manager. he refused to call me back. They then left a 100 pound tub in my driveway when they finally did come for the service. I had to call my trash service for a special pick up. Beware of this company!!

Didn't come out for a scheduled repair service

Integrity Appliances didn't show for a scduled repair service because they couldn't verify my name and address by phone. When I called them why they didn't show that was the explaination and wouldn't re-schudle for that day. Owner said sorry, tough luck. I told them I was going to complain and they said so what. we are not scared of you and you can't go any higher to complain and we will call your bluff of posting something negative on the internet and check. call your home warranty company and complain they won't do anything to us. Guess what! they did and are pulling Integrity Repair off of their list and it's now on the internet.

Going downhill fast

Integrity!! What happened to it? When the old Man was running the business and I even met him, down to earth businessman. But even though I have been a faithful customer for years I am looking for another tire supplier. From pricing tires, adding "extra charges" , and out and out fraudulant business practices I am gone. I went in to get my brake pads changed. I know machanics of cars and brakes so when they came out and started telling me all I needed to replace or it wouldn't be safe, I felt like they thought I was an absolute ***. Some of the parts they mentioned were very new. I took my truck to a brake specilist and was told I was right and didn't need 780.00 worth of brakes and associated parts. I won't be robbed or even attempted. As an American I already feel the outside world robbing us ,why would an American institute do this? The old man would roll over in his grave and fire the ones running this mob now. Don't go there!!!!
