No resolve just a bunch of different versions and opinions. Definitely, none are helpful. I just want consumers to avoid them at all costs.

Original review Jul 29, 2022

In December of 2021I received a new insurer, Universal was notified and in June of this year I received a notice from Universal informing me my policy will lapse for none payment. Assuming the organization had some form of integrity, I sent them a copy of my declaration for my new policy and I was assured this would be handled.

I was even given the amount of my refund. I have contacted NC insurance and requested their assistance along with my mortgage company. Over the last few months several copies of the same requested documents have been sent. Today I was instructed to resend the documents for the fifth time.

I get they are unscrupulous and I am hoping this will help other consumers to avoid them all together. The damage is done to me was an increase in my mortgage and negative escrow.

Please do research on them and the company they partner with Nsure. They get by stating they never received anything.
