Unable to get answers to my auto insurance policy
Unable to contact Customer Service or any live person to resolve my issue. Every phone number i have call connects me to a voice mail system and at the end when they say they will connect me to a live agent they hang up.
I am getting notification my policy has been cancelled. Why? This is the worst voicemail system I have ever encountered.
And yes this is still going for 3 months unable to get answer and resolve my problems with their policies. If I do cancel my plan with Gieco it is on them and their Shi%&$#ty operation.
Really pissed off customer!
