Incompitent people who dont do thier job correctly and I have to pay
I used insurance house to get insurance thru bristow west.I renewed my insurance last month went into insurance house with my debit card gave them my new card # insurance house had my ph. Number wrong tried calling me for security number on the back my card once again their screwup and then they had my ph. Number wrong left a mess of course I didnt get it because they wrote wrong number so tell me why my insurance is 135.00 because someone cant be held accoubtable I get to pay 191.00 for one month of insurance.I had the fee waved once because it was my fault this time its not .I understand policy this wasnt on me .I want my money back or you all are gonna lose a customer.Those fees can be overidden if you truely give a crap about your customers and doing whats right.
