I recently went online to instylerraustraliatv.com yes it has 2 r's in instyler which got me thinking. I have suspicion that they are selling non genuine instylers.
I bought it from them thinking i was buying in Australia but not till it gets to the end of the transaction that it says on your statement it will say name will be something else like online something etc. By this stage your transaction has gone through to WALHAO HANGZHOU in Hong Kong, thats where your item is being shipped from not Australia.
Just trying to get a refund from them is impossible, I would be staying right away from them they are fraudulently making it look like its an Australian company then sending back in broken english calling you dear half answered answers to your questions. So beware of this company i truly believe you will not be getting an original instyler.

Instyler Max irons - inferior chinese imitations

I paid $A 108 to an Australian website called Instyler Australia for the Max rotation iron. What arrived was from China judging from the Chinese writing all over the shipping document.
But the real problem is that it is cheap and nasty and looks and functions nothing like the iron advertised on this website. Wrong coloured LED light ( blue not orange), wrong power adaptor, no reverse rotation function and has a European not Australian power plug (cheap international adaptor included- how tacky).
This unit looks like a cheap knock-off that I would not pay $30! I have sent 4 complaint emails over 5 days and have had no response despite their on-line assurance that they reply withing 48 hours and my promise to complain to the ACCC if I don't hear back from them soon.
