I have called the IMA HQ customer service line several times over the past months, and always receive a message that no one is available and to leave a message, and someone will call me back. I never get a call back.

Agree 100% I have been a proud member of the IMA since 1996 and a CMA since 2004. I am very disappointed with the decline with customer service and recent updates to the website that have made navigation much more difficult.
