I am reviewing my personal experience which was horrible with Dr. Nicole Castellese all over the world wide web (www - remember when people used to say that).

My first amendment will be exercised. This woman was so manipulative in text messages, emails, even a letter she sent to my home!

She has a lot of nerve. I added pics of "my claim" so the public can see that I'm not exaggerating, lying or creating a tall tale.

Original review Oct 13, 2025
I am in the process of reporting Dr. Nicole Castellese in Tulsa, OK - previously known as Dr.

Nicole Patel to the Oklahoma State Medical Board. She claims to be double Board certified. That is a lie! I have numerous photos of the seroma that developed less than 30 days after my surgery.

My surgery was on November 20, 2024 at South Memorial Surgery Center. I have screenshots of text threads, phone logs, and emails to back up the horrible service and medical negligence by Dr. Nicole. Her practice is called:
Institute for Beauty, Wellness & Regenerative Medicine in Tulsa, OK.

She abandoned me as a patient when the seroma developed. She said she could not help me. But she claims to be a board certified general surgeon. I have kept all of the correspondence between her and I and her office admin, Katie.

Dr. Nicole is all about money. She is emotionally manipulative and she gaslights you. I have hard copies of direct dialogue showing what I'm talking about.

I was referred to her by a well known psychologist PhD who I know very well from the Tulsa Jewish community. Dr. Nicole should be ASHAMED of herself! The $30K+ I've spent on all of the in office procedures, skin care, and the surgery itself were a waste of money!

I literally feel like I have a small football in my lower right abdomen. That is the seroma that developed after the surgery. She took ZERO accountability for it, and instead stopped answering my texts. I have proof of all of this.

She thinks she can act like that with a patient and it's okay? I have news. This review is 100% factual. No embellishments.

No AI writing help.

Just me, the patient, describing my horrific experience with Dr. Nicole Castellese.
Loss:
$25000

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Nicole Patel Castellese is not double Board certified, but yet she claims to be. False advertising. I did my homework on her and I suggest you do the same. I did not receive anything for this review. I wrote it in its entirety. There was no help or assistance from any "AI" type of technology.
