Switching ownership
The call went straight to a number for Life Alert. Apparently no number for Insteon unless you pay the 45 dollars for a phone call tech.
All I want to do is switch the email on the account.
Can't be this complicated, can it? We bought a property with the system in place and I need to convert it to my email so I can use the lights in the n barn.
