I am contacting you about order #St197****. You all had told me over 2 weeks ago my item was not available and I would be issued a refund of $62.49 yo my card ending in 6254 and I have not received this as of yet.
Will you please check to see what the status of my refund is and get back with me ASAP. I feel I have given plenty of time for this to be issued.
Every email I send even the one where a "Amanda" emailed me back and that email has came back also.

Over a month, still can not get on contact with anyone and no refund.
The number was a recording. I did leave a message but so far no word back. It also gave you another number but it doesn't work.

This company has no business being in business. Product order (coat) was of very poor quality.
- - Two coats were sent; card billed twice.
- - Returns cost the customer; tracking receipts required and return link is shut; contacts non-functional.
Company sent me two (2) of the same cheap product (coat) when I only order one (1) and billed my credit card twice. Forget about returns as they do not pay for return shipping and consequently, expect you to pick up all costs including international charges if you send there cheap merchandise back to them.
Also, they request you send them return shipping - tracking receipts (including international) and then "ghost you" (no response) by shutting off there email return link. Company provides email addresses and phone #'s which go no where / don't exist!

- - This was my first order from the company and I paid expedited shipping for a wedding outfit.
- - Nine days have passed without fulfillment or shipment.
My first time to order from this company, and I'm already disappointed. I ordered an outfit to wear to a wedding and paid expedited shipping to make sure that I received it in time.
It's been nine days and the order hasn't been fulfilled much less been shipped in a manner for me to receive it in time. If I ever receive this product, the quality of it will determine if I ever try to order from them again!
