I placed an order with them and was expecting to be sent a kit and never did now theyre apparently saying that they send a kit out. However I did not receive it and I was calling the customer service phone number and it was either going to voicemail saying the office was closed due to Covid or just hang up on me and when I finally reached out to the customer service they said that they were never closed and theyve work throughout Covid which is all lies lies and more lies. This is total scam!

This order was placed in March 2021 and an impressions kit was shipped via USPS on 15 March 2021. We requested natural teeth images and tried to call twice for a Welcome Call without success.

Each time an SMS and voicemail was sent. We heard nothing further until May 2022 at which point the order had expired as it was over 12 months old with no contact, or impressions received from the customer. Instasmile remained open throughout the pandemic, the incoming phone lines were closed due to remote working, however emails, and chat were available but nothing was received.

This forms part of the terms and conditions of the contract with Instasmile which are accepted at the point of sale. Any customer wishing to place a reorder in these circumstances can be given a loyalty discount so if this of interest we welcome the customer to contact us.

I received my new Insta smile product last week and Im loving the new look. The product fit perfectly and was easy to put on my natural teeth. Ive always wanted to get veneers but could never afford it. This company makes it affordable for everyone.

Nearly Hoodwinked

This is my second time getting veneers that DO NOT FITI have tried calling all customer service numbers either their phone lines are NEVER openI mean like never, I have even tried callin at 9 AM and their phone lines are always closed, before 3:30 pstI am on a payment plan for veneers that do not fit at all, 2nd pair. You need better customer service, better veneers and better everything. If I could rate you a -10, I would. Been doing this for 5 months to not even be able to wear them

I ordered my impression kit during a dental ordeal I was going through where I had multiple ACTUAL veneers that were beginning to fail and having 4 wisdom teeth removed, I bought the kit so that when I was ready to have my instasmile clip on veneers I could just send them in and wouldnt be missing teeth for very long. Well I finally got to that point after almost a year and a half of painful and emotional dental issues and appointments and when I took my impressions and emailed Instasmile the pictures they told me my order was canceled because I didnt send the impressions within 12 months and it was non refundable but the would give me a 39% discount on a new order NOT ONCE DID THEY TELL ME I HAD TO SEND THE MOLD IN WITHIN 12 MONTHS NOR DIS THEY SEND ME A FOLLOW UP EMAIL SAYING ANYTHING LET ALONE THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. Instasmile just stole over 400$ from me.

Broken veneers

MY PURCHASE MY VENEERS FOR OVER 500 DOLLAR IN LESS THEN SIX MONTHS A PERFECT SQUARE PIECE POP OFF THE BOTTOM OF MY BOTTOM VENEER OBVIOUSLY A PRODUCTION ERROR, THE USED 1 OF MY 2 REPLACEMENT WARRANTY FOR THAT, I GOT THE NEW ONES AND 2 MONTHS LATER SAME EXACTLY ISSUE. THEY NOW SAID ITS ANOTHER CLAIM AND I HAVE NO CLAIMS LEFT, WHEN MY TOP VENEER IS FORMING *** ON THE BACK SIDE OF MY TOP TOOTH.

I NOW HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO REPLACE THAT WHEN THEY MADE A CHEAP PRODUCT THAT DOESN'T LAST.

I ONLY WARE THEM 2DO NOT USE THEM THE PRODUCT IS CHEAP TIMES A WEEK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCT.

I paid upfront and I did not have to do that but I trusted them. I had not read the reviews. I sent pictures of my impressions but they kept refusing them. I even paid for another kit and still no acceptance by them. I asked for money back but they said it was too long to get a refund. They did nothing but refused my Impressions. If I was running out of time they should have warned me and sent money back. One person told me they would send back most of it but when I still could not satisfy them they refused a refund!

I believe the company beat me out of my money. They could have refunded me the money if I was not able to please them with the impressions. I was frustrated and they would only take the impressions they sent. This went back over a year . I did ask for my money back but they said it was too long to get a refund . Poor customer service .
