I have sent 1040 AUD dollars to my on may 10th. I dont know why they kept my money on hold in beneficiary Account. I have sent in an essential use. Could you please solve this As soon as possible. I requested them to refund to my account.

Hopeless bunch of people. I started a transaction, they debited my account and then says we need some document from your end to continue with transaction.

If the document was must, they should have NOT allowed me to perform the transaction.

When trying to reach them, no response. Useless bunch of people

I have an account in the UK and I want to transfer money back to Thailand. The problem is I cannot find the word Thailand in country I'm staying in. I wonder if I can transfer my money from my bank account in the UK to my account in Thailand while I live in Thailand?

Money Transfer Made Easy

I have been regularly sending money to my family back in India since last few years. I find money transfer operators like Western Union & MoneyGram and banks like Westpac expensive due to high fees and hidden FX Spreads. The recipient invariably gets much lesser than what the sender sends. However, I tried a new services called Instarem last year and got hooked to it. They charged me a flat fee of 0.5% and that’s it. Of course, it took a day for me to get the account opened, but I understand that the verification of documents is important for money transfer.
