Unpleasant aggressive owner

Instacert is an online school selling courses online for test prep and things like that. It seems to be run by just one guy- Steven Gloer!

The owner is very unpleasant. He is not a professional teacher or professor, or has any qualification WHATSOEVER, but sells other people's courses.

The site is not accredited so none of the courses, even if good, can count towards college credit. The owner is very rude and weird.

Online courses where you have an entire school like this - HAVE to be accredited.
