Angry about the service, lack of concern to fix the issue.
I have an Envy 5055 printer since 2022. I signed up with Instant Ink for paper and ink.
My experience. Billing and monitoring program is inconsistant with the billing charge to your account it begans to vary in cost. One time I was over charge and was told that I signed up in a package to print only 10 pages per month. And was charge close to $50 as a result because i printed more than 10 pages.
This time I was charge $48 dollars because what I saw was I had roll-over pages and it wasn't true. No one cared to adust the price.
They just want the money or is it my race or color that I can not get an adjustment. I wonder.
