They are scammer.

I bought 100 barcodes and paid 45 dollar from instantupccodes.com, and the mail came to without attachment there were no barcodes, and I thought this is a technical problem, and after I emailed them they will send the barcodes immediately, and I sent an email nobody response and after that send 3 times more and still nobody response and after that I called them, and just I can leave a voice mail and also nobody back, 2 days later I sent an email again to them and want refund and again nobody back. They are scammer and cheat people and stole money, you have to be away from this trap. I warn everybody, don't waste your money with them.
