There should be an option for zero stars
This company is contracted to do installation work for Best Buy, but all Ive gotten were pushed back appointments with no notification. They were supposed to install a thermostat that I bought 3 weeks ago (Christmas Eve), to be installed that following Tuesday. After an inventory issue, the date was rescheduled to 1/10, and now, its been pushed again to 1/17. Best Buy was literally waiting for them to pick up the item when I just decided to go there and get it myself. I am to the point where I will think twice before buying from Best Buy if I have to deal at all with Installs Inc.
User's recommendation: If Best Buy mentions installation, ask to confirm who the installer will be and if it’s Installs Inc, find some where else.

They certainly cost me heating oil as to compensate for the lack of heat in one room I had to turn up the heat in others

Company didn’t make there first two install appointment s on the third my tv wasn’t released by sams club no fault of my own it would have been released if they would have made the first two went to the store and resolve d the problem right away they had just been there got the TV they wouldn’t install it they wanted to reschedule for a 4 th time told them to buss off having it done Monday by bust buy thanks for nothing Insallers INC worst customer service Ever!!!!

These units were installed by Installs Inc. for SEARS This was install in a new house still under construction. County Electrical Inspector was here doing a final inspection for the Electrical Contractor and failed the inspection because of the bad install. I had called the service rep, and repeated what the inspector told me. That the install was not to code and dangerous to people and property. The inspector told the rep that this install should have been done by a qualified electrician-- the rep was rude to the inspector and hung up on him. I am going to have the electrical contractor properly install these units in order to pass the inspection. At my expense and try to get my money back from SEARS.

Oh..I am suppoed tro type on this well what I typed jsut disppeared...I. wish your company would 1.went to store;described needs 2.person came to house to measure spaces: an issue: excellent 3.we decided what genereally to start 4.heard from Install or claaed them 1 1/2 weeks ago 5.they after struggling thro menu"papers had not come upp"..call back 6.we returned 5 to 6 calls with tedious menu 7finally we learned that the exact price had not been established & we had not paid 8.went to Gregg: got great service again 9.got same rude service from INSTALL..recalled 4 to 5 times 10.got "appointemt window" 8AM to 12M..2nd one..waited No arrival or phone 11.called gregg; then tried INSTALL got thro Menu part way 4 times 12.goto sub contractor 1st time...he could not get material together 13. got 2 phone calls at wierd times...asing how it went..NO MATERIALS 14.got good cal from GRegg..told them INSTALL SUCKED!!!!! SYStem SUCKED!!!! 15.Going into 2nd week: no TV;s etc... THE WORST SERVICE ; MOST BS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!
