Still waiting and lost charm
Ordered 3 bracelets 1 of which was engraved and ordered after the initial first order of initial bracelets. Received the engraved bracelet and within 4 days of having charm fell off initial bracelets still WAITING TO RECIEVE I have confirmation that bracelets were shipped on 17 th of December but company says hadn't shipped yet so where are bracelets and what good is a engraved charm bracelet when charm is gone
