box spring breaking.

legs fell off; broke

box spring is made from wood and not very sturdy. make sure you understand how it works as you can't put a regular box spring on it as it is not designed that way even if you wanted to change what they give you.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they send damaged items.

Its just a shell company as well. No phone number to call. Only email communication. I received a damaged bed.

Refused delivery, thank God I was here. Took 6 days for them to confirm I refused and delivery company took it back. Finally got a refund after threatening to dispute with credit card company.

Delivery company they use is terrible as well. Just purchase elsewhere and definitely not from this place.

InspireQ sent me an order that was broken and unacceptable. It weighs hundreds of pounds and the box is torn to shreds, and they expect me to box it back up and get it back to them.

I ordered a table and chairs from Overstock.com with their "partner" Inspire Q. I then discovered I didn't need the table.

I then called on Saturday, Monday, Tues and Wed to ensure the table was cancelled (which was going to take 1-3 week to be shipped) I never got a response. Inspire Q has no phone number since Overstock couldn't get a reply.

I also tried to contact the furniture company itself Home Ellegence in NC and the voicemail box was full. I am turning this in as a fraudulent charge at this point since I made more than a good faith effort to cancel within 24 hours and it was ignored.

My mother bought a dancing water lamp for my daughter as a housewarming gift. They were delighted.

Somehow we have lost the cap that goes on the glass tube. Is there a way to purchase another?

Good morning I am interested purchasing the Paloma Salvage Reclaimed dinning table with the gray finish. I believe this is featured as a new Item.

I love the table now offered in the gray wood finish. I would like to know if you offer or will be offering matching chairs and bench to match?

Love your furniture

Over the memorial day weekend, we had two guests visit our house, who both sat on opposite ends of the bench. The leg broke and our guests fall on the floor, creating injury upon one of them. We had this bench for about 2 years with barely no one sitting on it and even though it was sold/marketed/advertised as a dining table bench for multiple people, the leg broke after only two people sat on it.

We purchased 3 Eleanor double X back swivel stools in antique grey last fall. We love them, and found we had room for one more.

Unfortunately, that finish has not been available for the last six months and no one can tell us if it ever will be again. A yes or no answer would be humane!

Do you have the Whitmore Dimpled table lamp in a gold color. I ordered it from overstock.com and they sent me only the silver one and I cannot use Silver.

I bought the LeAnn Graceful Scroll Bronze Iron Bed for my guest room. When my 6'3" son stayed one night he kicked the post and broke of the top off the corner post.

I notice that this part screws on, so I would like to order two replacement posts. How do I do that?

I have the wooden counter height McKenzie bar stools. Have them both put together and cannot figure out how to attach the wood seats.

The instructions say to screw in, using a 1 inch screw, and the seat alone is 2 inches, and the wood base that I would have to screw thru to access the seat is at least 4 inches thick. I'm at a loss. I'm so upset. I can't send back because I would have to take both apart and try to force back into box that weighs at least 40 lbs and is taller and wider than me.

I wouldn't be able to pick the box up.

If I get new stools, they will probably instruct me to use the same 1 inch screws, that won't work. Please help!
