I never received the item I purchased!

I purchased an item from the Inspire Me! Home Decor website on Monday, December 2, 2024, but to date, I have not received the item, nor was I granted a refund.

I was unsuccessful in trying to reach the business directly, and they did not respond to the messages I sent on the company's customer support email, help@***r. Therefore, I registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on January 13, 2025. I received the following response from the BBB on February 4, 2024: 'The BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint.

We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time, and this case has now been closed as an unanswered complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond.'

As the company did not reply, I appreciate the BBB's effort.

The item I purchased was never received nor was I issued a refund.

I called the customer service number for Inspire Me Home Decor @ (833) 607-**** image. Therefore outgoing call immediately went to voice mail, and I received the following outgoing message, The Google Subscriber you have called is not available.

As I stated in my previous review, I never received a reply upon contacting CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT HELP@***.COM

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order online at Inspire Me Home Decor a month ago and never received it. The website said 8-10 business days and after 2 weeks, I wrote an email asking the status.

I didnt hear back and wrote again and then got a response telling me my order would ship the next week. Another two weeks went by and I wrote again expressing my disappointment and asking status. I then received a cancellation If my order with no explanation or apology. This is terrible customer service for a high end home furnishing store not to mention they held on to hundreds of dollars for a month with no shipment of my order.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Stay away!!!

I have been emailing that my product, two item came broken in half and i have not received a respose

I have reported via email that the two of the items in my order#IMHD224021, have been delivered damaged, broken in half. I submitted pictures of the items.but have not received any feedback.

The other items are good and beautiful!!! I would love if someone can get back to be to resolve this. I will definitely continue to make purchases with this company but you have to have a better contact system. I feel my messages are not being responded.
